Indeed, would love the day that peace of mind data comes to these
For this plan, what was the download amount? Are we comparing like for like?
This plan is 30gb
The $65/mo plan (previously with $500 gift card, now $400 I believe) has 60gb data (not 80gb, my bad).Nonetheless I know that 30gb is probably too much for most people but for an extra $40/year only to get extra 30gb/mo is well worth it in my opinion
Im pretty sure you can’t pay phone bill with Gift Card? I wonder why people still think that way? :/
No you're right. You can't.
But to most people who could easily spend $500 at JB (esp when they do discounts and etc.), and when they awarded a $500 gift card, it was the best deal.
Currently on a $45 50Gb plan from Telstra currently. This isn’t much of a deal if you want data.
Hi where is it says on telstra website. They got 15gb plan for 50 bucks. Can you provide the link. Thanks
Probably the JB hi-fi plan from a while back… Which is a special Telstra plan (I'm on this one)
The $45 for 50Gb probably isn't a current deal. Although it seems to come up every second month or so via JB Hifi and giftcard for new customers.
Are they the good guys ? Cause not much of a saving.
Good Guys are always expensive !!
Telstra mobile native (not Boost) for $28.33 a month for a 30GB data plan. How is this not a deal? What am I missing?
I am paying $35 for 55g data on telstra atm
It was 50GB last year, same price and voucher
Anyone know if you get the Telstra rewards points for signing up to these deals?
I signed up but didn't get the Telstra Points. But if you set up Direct debit before 31st January then you can get 50000 Telstra plus points.
Yeah I already did that, but have now ported away, I doupt it would count again.
when the $65 plan had a $500 gift card, it was a much better deal as $65*12=$780-$500 = $280.
Right now, it's $400 gift card I'm fairly sure (unless it's been since removed), which makes it $380. This deal is $45*12-$200=$340. It probably would be smarter paying an extra $40 for the year and getting an extra 50gb, since there are fees for going over the data limit, although each to their own.
