I love the lotus biscuits and thought this would be the best thing ever. But for some reason found it strange on whatever I spread it on (maybe brain is saying 'hey this should be a biscuit'). Although today I had it on a bagal with sliced strawberries which wasn't too bad!

I don't let myself buy this anymore. Last time, I bought a couple of jars and started making Biscoff crepes, then Biscoff cinnamon donuts, Biscoff fudge, adding Biscoff to macadamia ice cream. My weight skyrocketed those couple of weeks. It's banned in my household now.
What's this good to eat on? I imagine it's not great on bread or toast?
