Is Ouffer offline?

Hi all,

Does anyone have contact details for Ouffer. Their website appears to be down and I need to print out my voucher in 1 hour 45 minutes before I leave!

    Cool link. Thanks. It says it is "me", but I have two conputers going. Guess I will turn everything off and hope for the best on a reboot. I'm not having trouble with any other site though.

      FWIW I can't reach them directly either so maybe it's a regional problem.

    Ouffer.com hosts their servers with Amazon AWS in Singapore. Looks down from here…

      But I just got through via my home machine, whereas at work, the proxy declared it unavailable. Weird.

        Oookay. Looks like an DNS issue. They might be in the process of moving from Rackspace in Dallas to Amazon AWS in Singapore (or the other way around?!). For me at my home,

        ouffer.com = 122.248.236.127 (Amazon AWS)
www.ouffer.com = 83.138.139.36 (Rackspace, current offline)

        However if I manually set www.ouffer.com to the Amazon AWS IP address then it would work.

    Hi,

    Thanks everyone who tried to help.

    I can get into Ouffer now, sort of. The url that ends up displaying is this:
    http://www.temp.ouffer.com/sydney

    I emailed Ouffer, they responded saying they were having temproray problems.

    I also called the business and they said just print the email, which I did. I get to the business for a 60 minute massage and I decided to leave after waiting 15 minutes. The receptionist knocked on the door and the therapist (or someone else in that little room) basically snarled that they had received their message (that I was waiting).

    I said adios. I had to leave on the hour on the dot anyway and did not want to have an angry therapist working on me.

    I am going to ask Ouffer for a refund.

    I like to print them as soon as you can, in case their system stuff up.
    also helps me up track with so manay of the sites.

    I got an email today saying they were giving a $10 voucher to use on deals of $29 and above to apologise for the inconvenience

      Yup and it has to be used in the next couple of days. Don't see any deal I like though. Maybe Khao Thai for $39-$10, but too far for me to travel.
