thanks!, another excuse to buy more :)

  • OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG man this is frustrating but definitely a +

  • +3

i just bought some sale & non sale items and the 20% off worked on the non sale items too!!

  • put my order in 2 days ago. bastards

    • +2

I can relate. My order was in 20 mins before they released that code.

      • (You can cancel your order within one hour after placing it)

    • -2

the increased the prices a little bit, so technically you would of only saved yourself a bit extra.

      • +1

wow thats a scam???? increase prices by 10% (or whatever) and then release a 20% off code? so its really 10% off?? (for example).

the fact they did this is a scandle…

        • Blahdrift: And can you confirm this? with any evidence/proof?

        • -1

well previously i bought a pair of CK undies for 20.55 and now its gone up to 21.28. I guess its not that much extra but it still went up a little bit. I could provide proof of what i bought but too much effort. Well for those who did purchase stuff on the outlet/clearance section, they could probably check to see the items they purchased probably went up too from when they last bought it, so that could be my evidence?

        • +3

Was that calculated in AUD or Pounds? Its always cheaper to buy in pounds…sometimes price differences are because of slight changes in the conversion rate

      • +2

If you purchased in AUD then the price would have fluctuated due to the exchange rate which effectively changes everyday and is therefore reflected in the price. I always buy in British Pounds as it's cheaper and I have not found that they have increased the prices.

        • same here. always buy in pounds, not aud. this is why you (bladhdrift) need to have a 28degrees credit card. also, it has beeen talked about many time on ozbargain that buy in pounds from asos is cheaper than in aud.

      • thats not true, i paid the same prices as it was the other day when i was looking for stuff.

    • But you also have to think about sizing! I was kicking myself for buying a varsity jacket that was on sale before the 10% off! but then i realised there was only large left at the 10% off sale so no loss :D

  • I've got a unique code for 10% off (they stuffed up my order before so this was a sorry code).

Is this stackable? i.e 10% off along with this 20% off?

    • you will find it out sooner by yourself than waiting for someone to answer.
i am in the same boat. gonna try soon, then let you know.

    • no, it is not stackable

  • website is lagging HARD :(

  • +1

nah not stack-able i believe. jesus… trying to buy like 100 pound worth of stuff and it freezes on checkout :(

  • where can i find what brands excluded?

    • +4

Perfect if you want to cultivate the 'hungry hobo' look.

I heard Derelicte was in this year.

  • Zzz Just bought $300 worth of shirts and socks. Ozbargain will be the death of me.

    • are you lying? the checkout system is down at the moment.

  • +1

Has anyone had luck placing an order its been about 1 hour for me and keeps going to a maintenance screen.

  • http://twitter.com/#!/ASOS_HeretoHelp twitter, its down at the moment ( coupon codes )

  • According to their Twitter page, if the code doesn't work at checkout, you can email them your order number and they'll refund the 20% after despatch

  • how come some products say "ship to UK only"? :(

    • Apparently it's related to distribution agreements with the company.

  • What's the deal with shoe sizing? Few I haven't seen in stores locally to try on beforehand..

  • Just bought a pair of shoes and a necklace for £14 yesterday and the EXTRA10 code didn't work! I have my eye on a nice pair of FCUK aviators now :)

  • +1

The code expires midnight Wednesday - https://www.facebook.com/ASOS/posts/10150277966728736

That's probably BST, so 9AM Thursday AEST.

    • Thanks, I've edited the deal and updated the details.

  • +3

Just used it and it worked for non sale items. I had a bunch of stuff saved waiting for the next 20% off coupon.

I bought 3 Ben Sherman shirts and a man bag (satchel) for about the same as it would normally cost for 1 Ben Sherman shirt here.

  • +2

just bought a couple of polo shirts, thanks! Again confirming, this works for non-sale items too!

  • +1

Thanks for making 189 pounds poorer, OzBargain.
    At least I have a 28deg card

  • +1

man keeps on saying invalid for me :(, anyone else having this issue ?

  • should try to buy in pounds next time. does my credit card then charge me an international exchange fee?

    • most probably yes, but if you are lucky, it's usually less than paying in AUD and letting the seller convert for you. you will need to check the T&C's of your particular card though. If you do a lot of online overseas shopping or travelling then get a 28 degrees credit card - it offers the best exchange rates..

  • Thankyou so much for facilitating my online clothes shopping addiction! I think that will satisfy my cravings for now, so hopefully by the time I have more cravings, there'll be another sale? :)
