Has Anyone Purchased AX-1 from Athlean-X?

I'm about to buy it, I think, but wanted to quickly double check with some people here if they've found it useful or not.

Side note - if this is allowed - If anyone else is in the same boat and thinking about buying it, I'd more than gladly share the content by splitting the cost. Again, only if I'm allowed to post that here.

  • By watching his YouTube channel you should be able to get where you want if you do your own workout plan. If you need help I'd suggest chatting with a personal trainer to detail what you want done then customise the plan by doing some of the workout from athleanx

  • Fan of Jeff here. I have purchased "AX-1", "AX-2" and the new "Monster Maker". Only followed "AX-1" completely that took me around 10 months. Now following "Monster Maker". AX-1 is pretty intense and comes with challenges every 4 weeks. If you fail a challenge, you repeat the previous 4 weeks schedule. I like this approach as this ensures the progress. The good thing is most of the programs are designed to be repeatable. e.g. you can pass through AX-1 as a beginner, medium or expert level "athlete" and then repeat it for next level.

    I also tried saving money in the start by watching his free videos first. But as you can guess, you have to spend time to make your own training schedule and make sure that you cover every body part sufficiently. That was a lot of work for me. Also some of the exercises or combinations are never posted on Youtube.

    Personally, I found it extremely useful and worth of money. It helped me become stronger, lean and have better core strength. You must be aware that AX-1 is focused more on strength than on body building.

    The online account gives you ability to input your reps/time for each of the exercise. So you can track your progress. It also follows the calendar, so basically you mark the exercise for one day completed and next day, you will land on next day schedule. This means you don't have to browse or remember where you left off. (For this reason, I don't think an account can be shared).

      • Low carb diet. 50-100 gm carbs per day down from 300+ AX-1 comes with its own meal plan but I did not follow it.
