I bought a pair of these Soundpeats earphones from Amazon.
They stopped being able to charge - which is a shame cause they were quite good for a fraction of the price of Airpods.
Anyway, I only had them for about 6 months so I messaged Amazon told them the problem.
The guy immediately said "Oh, then I'll issue you a refund. You don't have to return it".
I said thanks and that was the end of the chat and he said the money would be back in my account in a few days.
Not sure if maybe the headphones were known to be faulty or something but yeah, quickest return ever.
I had a problem with Freight shipping companies not doing their job.
I had to contact amazon them twice but it arrived the following day after the second complaint.
Yea, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Amazon.
