    What mechanism is there to confirm they are actually donating the funds?

    Their ABN is registered in NSW. For example in NSW businesses (unless in an exempt category) require an authority to fundraise in that state. But varies state to state and I am no expert; just showing concern

      I am not sure if they are fundraising since they are not asking consumers to pay $5 more - just that $5 of what they paid for is donated. Worst case then is that they are using the bushfires as a marketing tool
