Where to Find a Thick Brisket for BBQ?

Hi, I am thinking of BBQ-ing (American style) some beef brisket. I've looked through places like Preston market and found them all to be quite thin. Is there anyway I can go to find some thick briskets, similar to those you see in American BBQ TV shows?

  Can you just ask your local butcher to cut a piece to the size you want?

  Costco (as tshow said).

  From memory it's $10.99/kg and they weigh about 7 to 9 kgs. It's got the flat and point.

  Up until recently I hadn’t bought much Costco meat but bought some corned beef recently and it was pretty good and not badly priced.
