Sharing Apple TV+ with an Apple Arcade User through Family Sharing

Since they're both worth $79.99, I was wondering how I might go about setting up a Family Sharing plan where I provide a 1 Year Apple TV+ subscription and the other(s) provide an Apple Arcade subscription. Would I have to get both subscriptions or can different people share their own?
