Recommendations for Cheap Brother MFC Mono Laser Printer

Looking for a cheap Brother MFC Mono laser printer that prints only black and white and accepts cheap generic toner. Anyone have any recommendations? Thx

    If you don't need FAX, then I would recommend brother's HL series. The model HL-2350DW has wireless and duplex printing, has good reviews and the price is reasonable. If you're particular about MFC series, then MFC 27xx series is a reasonably priced laser printer. You can start with Officeworks to understand the features and price. Then, you can do an online search for the best deal.

      For anyone looking at the moment, there's not much stock around. The best price I could find right now is $107 plus $10 delivery @ The Good Guys Commercial

    I like my DCP-1510… I just miss the wi-fi but there is a similar model with wireless connection, 1510W or something like that…
    I bought mine in November 2015, replaced the toner once (generic) and it's still pretty good…

          Thanks all. I got the mfc-2750dw and have been looking around for toners and drum.
          InkStation seemed good for toners but where do you get your drums (DR-2425) from?
          I'm also looking on marketplace for something cheap and cheerful.

              @Gerry H: Gerry I bought 2 x Brother TN-2450 high yield compatible toner cartridges - 3000 pages for $50.81 and free shipping at InkStation.com.au I received it from StarTrack the next day. InkStation came highly recommended and based in Australia.
              I am hoping someone can share with us where they buy theirs from and let us know about the quality as well.

    HL-2350DW Get the duplex version as it will save you the cost of paper if you print a lot of assignments and reports etc. ALso from our experience go a bit more more on the cost of the generic toners. $20 to $25 rather than $8 as we had issues with a cheaper one on Ebay. But give a cheap one a go as we may have just has bad luck.

    Look out for sales if your a true OZber.

    Grab one from FB marketplace. Have no experience with Brother but my 15 year old mono HP laser is still running and can get cheap $10 toners from ebay. the benefit from the HP is the drum and toner are in the one cartridge. Very cheap to run. THese printers can be had from $10 - $50 on marketplace.
