Best Budget 144hz IPS monitor (preferably 27inches)

As stated in the title. Ideally a monitor which is either 1080p OR 1440p with th capability to turn down to 1080p.
This is for my partner who is looking at getting a techfast deal with a 1660ti or 5700xt.

    1440p, I think the best budget option is Viewsonic VX2758-2KP.

    You can't really "turn down" a monitor's resolution. You can play games at lower resolutions however they might not scale properly (as in the case of 1080p).

    AOC is a fairly decent budget choice, without suffering any blatantly horrible quality control issues.

    I recently got the 1080p one for my cousin and was happy with the screen itself of course, but also impressed that it had height adjustable, swivel, and tilt support on the monitor stand. Is also VESA mountable if you prefer.

    Consider the Viewsonic VG2719-2KP (height adjustable) $290 approx or VA2719-2KP (non-height adjustable) $260 approx. Can't comment on the quality of this monitor though
