Phone Contract Ending, Employer Reimburses Bill, Any Good Sign up Offers?

Currently coming to and end of my 24 month plan with Optus - iPhone X $117 per month

I get $100 per month to spend on my phone plan from my work, the rest I pay for.

Is there any good vendors that have a nice sign up bonus worth going to? (ie - store gift card, frequent flyer points, electronics/gadget)

Has anyone successfully negotiated a re-contract or number porting bonus on sign up?

I'm in the market for an Iphone 11 pro max plan.

Dam $100 a month, my work makes me copay just the phone services. No actual phone allowed to be included.

JB Hifi deal is probably the best $500 bonus on signup. Not sure if still going though

Another vote for JB, current offer is $100 Gift Card on the $45 (meh) and $400 Gift Card on the $65 (12m contract).
