I bought 3 from last time and the quality of bags are good.
Picked up 3 for the missus with the last deal (Shopping Square), whilst they looked the goods when they arrived and the wife was very happy with them, the PU Leather as worn away very quick; they're cheap for a reason.
Same here. Quality is bad not even worth the $5 each.
+1 don't waste your money on these bags.
Same here, missus got one, looked great until she used it to go to the shops, came home and it was scuffed all over, horrible quality.

How did you apply for return?
Just msgd them with 2 photos of the flaking pu leather and asked for a full refund and didn't have to return the bag as its crap.
I thought we put Zalpals out of business?
I bought 3, used 1 and within an hour the strap broke off, and the PU also scratched up! Was given refund of $5 for one bag. The quality of the other 2 bags not that great, but wasn’t worth the effort to box them back up and send them back just to get $10 refund!
in the end….. its $5 a bag, i think most ozbargainers will jump on it.
