Communicating with Cashreward about Open Claims

Hi!
Like lot of us, I profited of the famous $10 Cashback for $10 spent in PizzaHut a month ago (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/503563?page=3#comment).

The purchase hasn't been tracked from Cashreward so, after a week, I made a claim.
Today I came back from holidays and I saw, in the spam folder a mail from 31/12 from them "Still Need Our Help? Hi! This is just a friendly reminder to provide the requested details to assist in resolving your enquiry. We are keen to look into and resolve your enquiry."

I didn't receive any other mail before and I have no idea of what other details they may need (I gave them everything including the receipt) and I can't find any place to type my ticket number and see what's going on…looks more like they're kidding me!

Has anyone any experience with them?

    Why not message them to clarify what details they need if you are confused?

    • Would be great…how?!
      They don't have a mail, you can't text them via Facebook, if you open a claim that's what happen!

  • For some reason I didn't received their answer mail (even checking the spam folder, it didn't appeared).
    Solved texting with tightarse which works with them.
