    Please explain the core differences of BT 4.2 vs BT 5.0. I forget myself.
    From memory the only feature 5.0 added was connect & listen with 2 headphones to 1 device at the same time.

    For the ‘serious’ people, the only negative I can think of regarding specs is the non-disclosure of the BT codec used.
    But even if it is only SBC it has been tested that SBC, Apt-X (Apt-X HD is superior) and AAC are very-close-to equal when the device used does the encoding properly, which is how I have become weary of BT and it’s consistency. Therefore I am a wired only person myself.

        But battery-life is listed different for each product depending on the size of the battery etc.
        A product may have BT 4.2 and be listed with superior battery-life to a product with 5.0 or vice versa.
        Airpods use 4.2 I think, and they are listed @ 24 hours total.

          @thebadmachine: These are only three or four hours battery life when out of their case.

          Edifier have released TWS 1, TWS 5, TWS 6, TWS 200 since which use either Qualcomm QCC3020/3026 chipsets which have eight hours battery life before needing to be put back in the case. 32hrs total battery life including charge from the case.

        Correct.

        This is an old model. In the time since , TWS 1, TWS 2, TWS 5, TWS 200, TWS6 have been released.

        All of which are at least Bluetooth 5.0 and have eight hours battery life when buds are out of the box (minus TWS 2).

    Yes they have always charged for QLD / NT / WA. I guess they only have the stock in NSW / SA.
    I agree a bit outrageous for $45 product, but eBay does charge $15 delivery to everywhere for standard members on certain products.
