Hi, I recently purchased the Bose Home speaker 300 for my parents. It doesn't have FM in it and I was wondering if there is a receiver that can be used to play FM via aux cable in the bose 300 home speaker?

I believe the word you are looking for is Radio (To be exact a FM Radio/Receiver with headphone out)
Use any FM Radio with the supplied 3.5" cable or install a free Radio App on a smartphone with a headphone socket.

It has built in Alexa and Google Assistant… I would imagine there's a better option than a separate radio. Play podcasts, link it to spotify etc, all by voice control

Most cheap mobile phones have the ability to play FM. They will work with an aux cable acting as an antenna.
