Yup same sentiments my TW2 suffered from battery bulge after over a year's use and I was blamed for 'incorrectly charging' it.

Unreliable. Buggy. Laggy. Wouldn't recommend.
I've had a gps failure and watch that wouldn't update. Dealing with Mobvoi support was a horrible experience. Mobvoi bloat has got progressively worse too.
I wouldn't consider a Wear OS watch that wasn't a Snapdragon 3100 paired with at least 1 gb of ram

Honestly? They don't support their watches at all. The C2 has a watch that breaks when not plugged into a normal charger (it passes through any voltage and doesn't regulate it), The Pro slows down quickly, and Android Wear (Wear OS) is an outdated piece of crap, hampered by mobvoi quickly stopping updates anyway to any new watch they . It's hard to recommend at any price really.
