How can one set the ringer (or quiet time) on a Samsung S10 for a time window ? When am working, I need my phone to ring as loudly as possible and when am home, I want it to be silent. I can't seem to find a setting when I push the volume keys and google isn't much help.
Is such a feature not available on androids ?

You can install a 3rd party app.
I used to have one that did it by schedule. There are ones that can do it by geofencing also, which might be good for your work/home scenario? Eg IFTTT
