What's The Difference between These Two Medical Alarms?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a fall detection monitor for my grandma and have come across this one which seems good.

However, Catch sells one that looks identical for more than $100 less.

Is there a difference? A lot of companies claim to be 'the only true 4g' device and I haven't really come across anything that seems genuine except this

But she doesn't have a landline and I don't want to have to set up something else in the house.

  Looks the same except Medialarm has their name printed on theirs. One from Catch has CellSafe branding in Photo 1.

    Thanks for the link. It's actually cheaper than catch since it comes with a wrist band. It shows up as $425 but on checkout it's cheaper.

  It probably is the same product. Just get a ling life sim and check that the house has adequate mobile coverage. Also will the user remember to charge the product all the time or not?
