Best iOS Compatible Circular Face Watch?

Hi there, just looking for some advice on wearables:

• For my mum, moderate tech savvy
• Budget: $300 ish
• MUST HAVES:
• Circular face (she will not accept an Apple Watch)
• Text/phone call alerts
• Pedometer, etc.
• Both digital/analogue clock face choices

She really loves the aesthetic of Fossil, but I'm hoping there's a better choice that is more tech-focussed than fashion-focussed.
