Doctor Who Classic Season 23 blu-ray set is $45.99 at JB HiFi. Normally $64.98
Contains all 14 episodes from the epic 1996 season-long adventure "Trial Of A Timelord" staring Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor.
The classic series releases on blu-ray usually don't last long and sell out rather quickly. When they are sold out they usually become rare and rather expensive.
Made me think of that scene in The Five-ish Doctors, where the actual Colin Baker is excited to watch the latest release, because it has an extra few minutes of him in it.
Off-topic but not too much, does anyone know if/when BritBox is launching in Oz?
The UK version has apparently just got the rights to include all of Doctor Who, including some of the reconstructed/animated episodes. (The US BritBox has always had Doctor Who, but it's significant in the UK because the BBC makes a lot of money from DVD/Blu-ray releases like these.)
If not, any alternatives to streaming Doctor Who locally?
