Universal Remote For iPhone

Hey Guys
Since I have a new phone now I would like to turn my iPhone 3GS into a Universal Remote (Good one) to control my TV, HD DVD Player, Home Theate System, Austar Mystar HD Box.

Is there anything out there that can do it at a good price.

      Uses Wifi / Ethernet doesnt it? Someone of my stuff is not hooked up to wifi like Austar box hd DVD box
