      They usually dont work when you have popup blockers and privacy software designed to stop tracking you. So for these sorts of deals I just use a device thats designed to track/report and monetise my every move - An Android phone loaded with Google Chrome - works flawlessly everytime :)

        I've had tracking issues and have no popup blockers or any software of any kind. Possibly due to firefox with the shopback cashback buddy extension but it was only the higher value cashbacks that didnt get tracked. Switched back to just google chrome with no extension and havent had issues since.

      They’ve always worked for me but it just doesn’t show up in your tracking as a promo which is frustrating acting but it has always come through eventually.

    There needs to be a section in the app (where it records your click history) that you can add a note of your own to a click. Eg:

    Automatic info under click history: 26 dec Amazon due to pay 21st feb
    Next to it, button to add note: bought ps4 $400 12%

    I find SB and CR unmanageable and I'm good at this sort of stuff

    For me non of these cashbacks tracked for either SB or CR. Not sure for everyone else.
    Submitted tickets but only hope for normal percentage cashbacks. I don't bother to do it again (buy sth I don't really need from these promos).
    Don't be too excited for this type of cashbacks.

    My shopback app opens eBay inside shopback app, instead of launching the eBay app, which it looks like we have to use. Anyone else having this problem? Suggested solutions?

      It's a shopback promo and ebay cant help with this. If you made a qualifying purchase from ebay that tracked, then it will show up in your account by 31/1/20. Most likely on 30th or 31st from previous promos.

          When I went into the app front page it says 1 new cash back update. It says Ebay Australia Bonus Cashback purchased at eBay Australia bonus on 31 Jan 2020.
