Best under $350, 24"-27", 1440p, IPS Monitor

Hi guys!

I'm in the market for a second monitor for my PC.
I already have a decent VA gaming monitor, this secondary one will be primarily for photo editing and other misc stuff.
I've got a 3700x with a 1660TI. Will not be using this monitor for gaming, however.

Looking for:
Cheap (Under $350)
24" to 27"
1440p
IPS Panel
8-10bit colour.

I don't really care about response time or other gaming qualities.

Let me know if you have any suggestions :)

Viewsonic vg2719-2k maybe? ticks all the required boxes, also height adjust / pivot / tilt.

    Yeah, Fv is vertical refresh / vertical freq, min 24hz to 75hz

Here's a list from PC Part Picker with most of the parameters you're after.

Judging off the list, the Viewsonic VG2719-2K looks pretty good as scrimshaw said.
