    Oztechbargain, welcome, but your post is missing some critical information. A phone number and ABN number at the least should be provided. Otherwise, I suggest you go via the eBay route or post it in the forums.

    We have no idea who you are or even what your 'core' business is and it doesn't build a high level of trust with the OzBargain community. If I play the devil's advocate, how do we know these aren't stolen goods?

    MSY has the 21.5" version of this monitor for $138.

    I think the extra 1.5" after you take off the(unknown amount of) postage is worthwhile as we all know who MSY is and they do not provide a business park address without declaring their unit number!

    These monitors smell fishy to me. Good luck on warranty.

    We just do not want people calling or come to the office and treat it like a retail store.

    We are not much different from company that only operate online.

    As for warranty, feel free to contact Phillips or try the Phillips online product registration.

    Wish I could show you our supplier invoice for these monitors, but people will use that to start asking for more discount.

    Hopefully, someone here will have the decency to at least make a purchase request via email and make a purchase and then provide positive feedback.

      seriously, put them on eBay. If you have a lot then put them on in 5 and 10 lots.

      I don't think this place is the venue for your level of sale and being totally behind a curtain.

      People don't buy out of 'decency' unless they are totally stupid. Its all about price and reputation.

    There is no point comparing us to MSY, not many company can compete with MSY low-margin.

    Can not offer flat rate postage for everyone like other company, because they either do a lot of postage or leverage from supplier drop ship pricing.

    The company appears legit, you can do a lookup on the ABN to find out who they are and you can understand that they are not focussed on retail sales. The price looks good, but a lot of people would spend another $10 to get it from UMart simply because of their reputation.

    People engage in eBay sales all the time which are quite a lot more fishy than this, so good luck to the OP.

    If these guys are more B2B oriented then I can see why they are have all these rules in regards to ordering and pickup for end customers. It is a good price and the seller is trying to provide all info to show they are legit.

    Very happy with the quality and the price.
    Communications with the supplier have been excellent.
