  Did you login to your zippay account or look at your zippay statement or see the zippay emails crediting the 10%?

    thanks for sharing the screenprint, it is really helpful. I did check under statements and it says "No statement available yet".

    Please note that my first and only purchase was on 2nd December and under Wallet it shows:

    $40.00 Monthly
    Next payment - 31 Jan, in 38 days

      This was accessed via "Recent Activity",

      you can wait for the statement, making the best use of the credit terms/payment terms interest free period (~30 to ~55days or w/e) or;

      If lazy like me just pick additional payment and pay it all off before you forget about it

        I tried to pay it all off, but Zippay said the scheduled $40 payment will still run, so I paid total less $40

          @nfr: I received the same message but I paid it all off, and now it says: No balance, nothing to pay.

    I just realized that this offer was valid until 2nd December 2019. Even though I placed the order on 2nd Dec with Amazon, it shows 4th December under Zip recent activity:

    Purchase - Amazon AU
    Order ID: xxxxxx
    Zip Transaction ID: xxxxxxx
    04 December 2019

    Could this be an issue? Since I believe Amazon charges only when shipped.

    P.S: The customer care is pathetic at Zip. The chat does not work and phone does not get picked up.
