  somethings not right, got charged $45 and i can see my account has subscription, but it wont let me watch games, it keeps on telling me to subscribe.

  after logging in on paypal, clicking pay now, it went back to that page where you choose paypal and enter the promo code.

  how do we contact them?

      yes i signed up with this option at start of the season, seems a little weird but it does work. Using CC was fine, i have the no overseas fee card.
      I thought the same when i logged in but it ended up working fine with the league pass. You should have your password/email address when you went through signup process, use that. If not then yeah something went wrong at your end..,

    Yes and you do NOT need to use a VPN to watch, just sign in and go for it.. You can also opt to hide all the scores so you dont have spoilers every time you log in. Note that (from what i have seen) only the ESPN opted streams (not all games) allow for 1080p streaming, rest are at 720p. Does allow you to stream 720p @ 6mbps.

  I just can't sign on with this . Using VPN Hotspot Shield all goes ok until payment needs to complete with cc . Just keeps going back to sign into my account . I did use free trial with my cc before maybe because of that ?

    In the old thread linked in the OP it's discussed. Something like clear browsing history first then proceed. Paste in the no free trial url when required. That will get you to the end of the process. Have a look through the thread.

  Just wasted half the night trying to get a Sth African VPN setup then trying to buy this and failing. Have 2 x VPN subscriptions already, neither have Sth Africa as an option. Must have signed up for free trials for another 4 or 5 tonight then when it failed I had to unsubscribe to avoid auto renew. Cleared browser history, tried multiple email accounts, out of ideas!

    Same thing happened to me pretty much all day mate. I was about to give up but managed to subscribe . Nord Vpn didn't work for me but Hotspot Shield did the job not at first though .

  Okay, so I had the same issue of paying via paypal, getting confirmation but then I can't view any games on their website.

  I tried the app and it works fine, I can access everything so dunno whats going on. You can get the NBA app on your TV (if you have android tv on there) and watch games in 720-1080p quality.
