[FEATURE] New forum section: Free Software/Websites

I've noticed there has been a lot of free software/website posts especially IOS apps. Perhaps we can have a sub-forum for some of these threads.

    Freebies do get a bit of blurry when it comes to posting to deals or posting to forums. Our current guideline seems to be:

    • Website, online service or software that are always free -> Forums
    • Website, online service or software that were not free, but have been made free either temporarily or permanently -> Deals
    • Free samples, free T-shirts, etc that might have always been free -> Deals

    So we are keeping the same pattern but putting (1) to a dedicated forum? I'll create that forum once we all agree with that :)

    Yep, that's right. No rule changes just making the general discussion forum a little less crowded.

    A decade on - what about shows on SBS on Demand/youtube that free with ads and for available time only? Why are they allowed as deal post but not move to freebie forum?

    Neil asked us what rules the poster break on those deals and I stumble on this old discussion/feature request.
