We're looking at holding an event late 2020 in Melbourne and Sydney.
I am currently in the process of researching which company to go with: Eventbrite, Simpletix, Humanitix, there's quite a few. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with any and which company they thought was best value for money in terms of commission, customer support, app compatibility, etc.
I found eventbrite to be quite confusing and not so user friendly, especially if you want to change an event once it's released - so many little things to consider and learn along the way.
For me, tickettailor has the best user interface and competitive rates - my number 1 for sure
Support is amazing too
It depends on what event you're organising. Each tend to have a slightly different customer base.
What are you running?
Eventbrite is probably one of the more internationally well known and simplest as a user. No idea from the other side of the coin but as a purchaser, I would be more comfortable with them than the other lesser known ones.
