Volt Bank are offering a 2.15% p.a. (Variable rate) savings account. There are no monthly minimum deposits or card purchases that need to be made to be eligible for the rate. Savings are backed by the Australian Government Financial Claims Scheme and you can have up to $245k in the account. The product is yet to launch but you can join their waiting list and they will go live early next year.

According to money guy on the radio it’s an intro offer they will be launching with. Like low interest rate plus bonus interest for x months. (They apparently still working out details)
