Any recommendations on a reasonable & reliable property maintenance company or handyman for few jobs around house and IP's in Melbourne inner west.
Quotes via REA are through the roof and do not have skills for DIY.

    I've had good results with service seeking. YMMV I guess it all comes down to who responds to your specific job(s).

    Make sure your ad specifies that you have several IPs and are looking to find someone to call for ongoing work when required. That will hopefully motivate businesses to do quality/reasonably priced work so that you'll give them repeat business.
