So a Lenovo laptop I purchased recently has started to go a bit funky, as the keyboard is starting to fault in some places. I'm in the process of getting the laptop repaired now under warranty, but I am curious as to what people's experiences have been with Lenovo's repair service, specifically in Sydney.
I'm mainly concerned about repair time. How long have people waited to get their laptops fixed? If you've had any other problems that I could be made aware of, that would be great.
Depends on your warranty. I had 2 Lenovo laptops repaired under warranty. One has the warranty that a technician came to my home to replace the keyboard. The other was sent to Sydney. I need to fill out a couple of forms and have AusPost people come and pick it up and then transferred to Lenovo courier. It took about a week to replace my screen and then delivered back to me with AusPost again. As you're in Sydney, probably you can take it to their depot and pick up yourself to save a few days.p
