Is there anyone that got the referrals like moneyback/referel/nrma ?. I think NRMA one is better as that got 100$ compared to other.
I wish if they allow additional topups as the only nokia is way too old.
I'm in SA as well…it sound silly that if you get credit from NRMA but not RAA.
Out of the 3 phone…I'll pick K800i but this phone sold on ebay only around $150. So it might not worth if anyone want to resell the phone on ebay.

I ordered online about one week before. They asked me to send the document including the residential address to them through e-mail. I replied that e-mail with my e-bank statement.
Until now, i didn't receive anything at all.

My experience with virginmobile was much better, get the phone the next working day. But their phone customer support is a bit laggy, at least 20mins on the phone waiting for support/enquiry. How about 3?

Which phone you ordered?. They told me specifically all 3 models of SE is out of stock, only Nokia is available for quick delivery.
The first time i called they said only the nokia and the SE k610i was available. But then i called up again after a minute, and this other representative said the SE was running low on stock, but still issued me one :)

They accepted my referral. My friend gained $25. It is a condition by three that you should wait for at least one working day after receiving the referral, to join 3 network, otherwise the referral will be considered as invalid and you will not get the once off $25 credit. i.e, if I send you the referral, wait for 24 hours after you receive the referral before going to store and buy the deal.
I can refer any body needing a referral to three network. Take the referral code with you to store as you will need it when signing up. If you want me to refer you, mail me your name and an email or phone number to receive the referral…

but if you buy online, can you use the MBC deal and the referral? Do you just wait at least 1 day then use the referral?
Also would it be worthwhile signing up for that NRMA deal that was posted recently in order to get the $100 credit? I think you might need a VIC/NSW address I can do.
I don't know about the MBC deal. But if you want to be on safe side, wait for 24 hours after u get the referral to buy the deal even online. You never know that they may reject the referral saying its invalid as you placed the order the same day you got the referral, even though you did not formally join the three network by activating your connection. So its better to wait 24 hours..
Do you think 3 will have even better deals once the Iphone comes out? I can't decide whether I should wait or not.
I am still trying to work out how this is better than a lot of plans around. Yes you get the phone for nothing and it seems to work out ok, but arent most plans the same where you end up with a free phone etc?
Also the phone choice is crap and so is 3's service apparently. The sales line was ok and was local but support is crap and in India
They have changed the deal, according to the website (and when calling them), only the Nokia 6288 is now available with the $10 credit each month
I saw three advertisement on daily telegraph on 19th june, with all the 3 Sony Ericsson mobiles.
I guess it is better to go to 3 stores for the SE.

Offer has now officially been extended until stock runs out. Included phones are now Nokia 6288, LG U310 and Sony Ericsson Z610i.
I think it's better to buy online because you get at least a $50 bonus credit. The referral bonus that you redeem over the phone or at the shop is only $25. However a lot of the phones are not available online so you weigh it up I guess.

I just got this deal with the 6288… WTF now they change it so you can get an e65… anyone know if there is a chance i can swap my 6288 for an e65?
the new one is little different. Minimum spend is 29$ now (so turns to 19$ after the 10$ credit). Your one is 10$ minimum/month.
Just wondering if anyone knows the way to maximize money back in this case? Im in SA and I can confirm they dont accept RAA membership it must be NRMA.
