  I do not seem to be receiving email offers lately. No shop for 4 weeks for money off shop or points. Not even a certain spend for bonus points. All I have is flybys app shake to win.

  Same has happened to me. I've run off to Woolies to shop and after a few weeks of no Coles purchases they're giving me stupid offers like points on Coca Cola energy.

  I've been getting offers (haven't been using them though as I can do better via Amex)

  They always come into the app for me. Maybe message them on FB, they usually respond pretty quickly

  Get rid of the flybuys app. I signed up for it and the offers stopped. Started getting offers again when I removed the app. I get great offers from Coles now.
