  Has anyone use them before? I came across a couple of feedbacks complaining of receiving counterfeit frames from Hong Kong

    Yep I’ve used them multiple times to buy contacts, sunnies, frames and recently I bought my first prescription sunnies. They didn’t fit my nose so I’ve returned them and got a refund.

    I’ve no complaints so far but you need to be aware of whether you are buying an item they have in stock in their own warehouse, or stock that is coming from a supplier. The latter means it may not actually be in stock and you won’t find out for a while.

    I also had good experience with them. The order comes with provider number which can claim health fund for the frame that I bought.
    It did ship from HK, but doesn't look like a counterfeit. It was an inexpensive ESpirt frame though.

    Just used them got charge INT fees then was told frame was discontinued a week later had to ask for refund they tried to up sell there own glasses, glasses still on sale on there website. Seems other review reflect same story.

    Have used for the last 3 years. Excellent. Can take a few weeks for the item to arrive due to the manufacturing of the lens but all in all way better price wise than going local. They always have some type of promo

  I used them once. The frame looked legit but arrived really loose and slightly bent out of shape.

  I returned them and ended up buying from pretavoir. Really happy with pretavoir

  Just a straight-up dodgy company that I would strongly recommend giving a wide berth. They split a contact lens order into two parcels and sent one to an address in a completely different state. Customer service was unresponsive when trying to resolve. Refused to process a refund until I took a photo of the items from the first parcel. They also insisted I write a hand-written note explaining the circumstance and send them a photo of this as well. After no subsequent followup from their customer service I eventually lodged a dispute through PayPal, who refunded the amount several weeks later.
