Black Friday, Black eBay and Bad-Luck eBay Plus Customer

Hi Fellows,I would like to share my experience after seeing many stories about black friday sales on ebay.

I was pretty excited about Black Friday Deals and got (galaxy note 10 and mac book air deals from Officework and Wirless 1 )on Ebay by using credit card I was planning to cancel.

Told by OW customer service that they haven't received the order and has to refund(out of stock) when I called them about "Click and collect" date after waiting for 4 days.
Today,Wirless 1 also replied they expect the mace book air will be dispatched on 10th Jan and hope I understand the delay( it was not a pre-order and the estimated delivery date on my ebay still says 9th Dec!)
Ebay plus customer service keeps encouraging me to talk to the sellers about the shipping information even though I mentioned about the replies from the sellers.
Of course, I do not want refund for these good sales and I will get stuck with credit refund(which I already refilled the negative balance in my credit card for mac book air).
