So my work reimburses me $90/month for my mobile phone plan. I'm eyeing the Pixel 4XL White 128gb with 60GB mobile data/month with Telstra and it works out to be $113.54/month (+ $10 off for 12 months,) but that doesn't seem too great of an offer.
Are there any other better offers available? Either via Harvey Norman, TGG or JB Hi-Fi?

Do they reimburse $90 fixed? Or is it based on what you pay? If you're being reimbursed $90 regardless you'd be better off opting for a small plan and banking the rest?
$90/m from company, dam. I still have to pay a $15 co-contribution to be on my work's plan, and they won't pay for a phone either.

It depends on how stable your job is. I would hate to sign up for a $90/month 2 year phone contract, then lose my job 6 months later and still have to pay $90/month out of pocket.
Maybe sign up for one of those deals where you get a giftcard for signing up for a 12 month plan, I think JBHifi does that regularly. My work pays for my phone plan, so I signed up to the Optus 10000 flybuys points deal last year with a free Google home.
