Which Headphones That Allows Multiple Bluetooth Pairing All Budget Ranges?

I love my Taotronics TT-BH22

45 hour playtime (not bad considering have seen from 25 hour to 65 hours in this budget range)
Okay active nose cancelling (from what I read they are nearly as good as Bose QC35's but they don't block out loud tv noise which the Bose do)
Okay comfort (have not tried others but have tried super cheap ones which hurt these don't hurt)
Not too heavy (249g though have seen some below 150g)
Moderately durable (this I wish was better because I know if I sit on them it is over)

And I got them for under $60 AUD delivered.

So can't complain there.

But they can only pair with one device at a time so not hot swapping between my phone and tablet have to manually unpair holding the volume buttons for 7 seconds wait for the sound the pair with new device sometimes having to turn the headphones on and off again.

So I am wondering if some good quality headphones exist that have multiple pairing capabilities and maybe any other features I may not have heard about relating to headphones.

No real budget limit atm just nothing sound quality bad, uncomfortable or below 30 hours battery life with regular playtime.

Want something easy to swap between my phone and tablet on the fly.

  • Bose 700.
Switch between 2 very easy, if you are listening with iPhone and iPad is playing something, when you stop iPhone sound automatically starts on iPad.
Connects to both everytime you turn them on.
Button on side for 0-50-100% ANC, without going to any settings on devices.
    Swipe controls are excellent.
Very comfortable also if you use glasses. 255gm.
Battery 20 hours, USB-C charging is great, can charge off my iPad pro too or use same charger.
    Also excellent for calls.

I got mine for $520 off Jerry, i had QC3511 before, the 700 are worth the extra $$ IMO.

  • Taotronics TT-BH22
But they can only pair with one device at a time

My TT-BH22 pairs with my iPhone and Macbook at the same time. I hear "connected" twice when I turn the headphones on.

    have to manually unpair

I can switch between devices without turning the headphones on and off.

    • Wait what how so they appear in Bluetooth devices in both and don't disappear when connected to one or the other.

Ok I'm gonna try this now before I look like more or a clown.

      • so they appear in Bluetooth devices in both and don't disappear when connected to one or the other.

Correct. Both the Macbook and iPhone show the 'TaoTronics TT-BH22' as connected.

        • But how do you select the source of the audio if they are both on and connected or does it choose randomly since it can't output audio from both sources at once as far as I am aware.

          Would be cool though.

Music from the tablet while using the mic on say discord or a call from the phone etc.

          • @AlienC: It seems to just play on whatever is active as I just tested this. I fired up a Youtube vid on the Macbook and it played through the headphones. At the same time, I played a song on Spotify on the iPhone. The iPhone showed it was playing on the headphones but I could still hear the vid on Youtube from the Macbook. As soon as I hit pause on the Youtube vid, I heard the music from Spotify on the iPhone.

I don't need to select the source on the Macbook or iPhone.

Do you want to hear two different sources on the headphones at the same time? If so, I don't think Bluetooth can do that, can it?

            • @ShortyX: Ok cool I'm on Android and not sure if my devices have aptx but will give this a try now.
