I'm wanting to buy an embroidery machine for my wifes Christmas present from Ebay. It is currently $3999. I see there is a code on the item advertisement for 3% discount ($119) but i want to know if there is anything better, like 10% sitewide coming up?
I have flybuys and cashrewards but it only seems to give about $40 of points.

Actually it's Brother VE2200 Dream Maker. I ended up getting price down from 3999 to 3900 by doing an offer, then applied a 3% coupon, as well as Flybuys and Cash Rewards 😁 and free delivery.
All up saved around $350. Happy with that.

You could probably ring an actual shop that has it in stock and make them an offer, of say $3500, to see what they say. They might counter offer $3700 and you've got a better deal already.
Ebay Australia rarely has a sitewide offer. Those offers tend to come through Ebay UK etc. (Through Ebay UK you would need an Ebay UK account - with item mailed to your normal Australia address). There are plenty of posts online talking about Ebay UK usually related to discounted gift cards.
That said - you may get lucky with an Ebay Australia deal - you just never know.
