Normally I hate the idea of pimping out our business, but the prices and saving are actually pretty decent and something I had to push the boss on doing for this month. These are our cheapest rates ever, and probably will be for a while. So now's a great time if you need to hire any of our trailers, utes, vans, or trucks, mowers or a digger (diggers only in Adelaide).
We offer Australia wide trailer hire, as well as vehicle rentals and more. Most of our trailers are located at your local servo's and run off a self-serve kiosk system.
It's hard to link to an exact example based on how our site quoting system works (different locations & hire lengths sometimes have different rates), but here are some prices as well as our main competitor's price.
Some examples:
6x4 Cage Trailer - 24 Hour hire for $60.77 (normally $71.50, main competitor cost: $79)
14x6 Car Carrier - 9 Hour hire for $91.80 (normally $108, main competitor cost: $113)
Ute - Auto With Cage - 24 Hour hire for $78.20 (normally $92, main competitor cost: $92)
7x5 Plain Trailer - 9 Hour hire for $51.42 (normally $60.50), main competitor cost: $60).
Please be aware these prices are only if you book before midnight, 24th of December, either online or through our website. You can book for any time, e.g. you can book for next January and still get the discount.
Always be sure to check excess kilometres rates, damage liabilities and what the damage waivers cover. As an example, we're pretty competitive in that all our hires include basic damage waiver that covers you for minor dents and scratches. I'm not saying we're the cheapest, but there's often hidden costs when hiring from smaller companies/gumtree - especially if you're involved in an accident. Damage limitation options are available to reduce your excess, similar to hiring a car, and are generally cheaper than our main competitor.
