  Some advice, if you value the stuff you are putting in your luggage, only buy hard shell suitcases for checked baggage.
  They get absolutely belted by the automatic belts that send them from check in to the baggage handling area.
  Imagine a giant hockey stick whacking your bag down a chute depending on where the barcode/tag scanner tells it to launch it.

  These weights seem pretty standard to me? I don't know I'd call this "super lightweight"?

  20" weight and dimension: 2.6kg, 36 x 23 x 57cm
  24" weight and dimension: 3.2kg, 44 x 26 x 68cm

  Do not buy these. Trust me. The wheels fell off after two trips. I had to carry my large luggage with gaping big holes where the wheels were. I've learnt my lesson and invested in more expensive but durable luggage with lifetime warranty.

    I'm waiting for this deal to come back. I purchased these last time and have used them to travel overseas twice now (once to Europe and the other to Fiji) and they've held up really well. Everything still works the same way as when they were first purchased.
