Why was the $20 always excluded in all Itunes giftcard deal?
That’s the one people usually buy anyway. They don’t want to run out afterwards.
I wonder the same thing. I think mainly to ensure people buy the more expensive cards so that Apple makes more money. They can print as many gift cards as they want so that’s the only reason I can think of. I’m probably completely wrong though.
