  A $1.54 saving on a $17 item .does not seem much of a bargain to me.

  I have 2 questions:

  • how does it make the shower noiseless ?

  • how do the LED lights work without batteries ? Does the water spin a little turbine inside the shower head to generate the power?

  EDIT: I read the comments and see it has a built in dynamo to generate the power from the water pressure.. but apparently you can hear the dynamo spinning..

    No battery is necessary. The water passing through the shower head moves a small turbine+generator which creates enough energy to power the LEDs

  Great idea, really. I cant remember how many times I've thought to myself in the shower, "damn this is so loud…. and dark".
