Hello everyone. Like many others on Ozbargain here, I ordered the Samsung Note 10 Black Friday sale on 29 November at Harvey Norman online. But it has now gone missing and I'm not happy with Harvey Norman at all .
Parcel from AusPost showed as delivered, but I haven’t received it. And I stay home today at all, nor hear anyone knock the door.
28-11-2019 : Ordered Note 10 at Harvey Norman
Some day laters try to contact HN ask why do not ship my phone, they said some delay, but I have not received any mail for delay. I want to cancel it to order with Amazon before, but their website show you can't normal cancel the order if you see the better price at another store, OK fine I'm OK.
3-12 : 1pm They sent me the email confirming the note 10 already shipped but without the tracking number. Then I wait 30 to 60 mins to get in contact with them via Online Chat at HarveyNorman.com.au, then they said they will email me the tracking number later.
4-12 : No email yet I contact them and wait another 30 to 60 minutes to get the tracking number, they gave me some random number show as Other Courier, and this number not working at all, can not track with any AusPost at all, I have try about 5,6 tracking site but still nothing, waste of time grrr …
30 minutes later they said they shipped the note 10 to AusPost yesterday and give me the tracking number from AusPost
I check and nothing show so I wait
Then I contact AusPost via Facebook Messenger and they told me HN just handed the note 10 around 3pm on 4 December not 3 December like they all said
AusPost:
"That's right
They handed 6479xxxxxxx over the counter at the Rundle Mall Post Shop in Adelaide today at 2:39pm"
6-12 today : Parcel from AusPost showed as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Once again in contact AusPost after 1 hour they tell me wait another 5-10 days for them to investigation
Auspost "From there, you can expect our back office team is going to contact you in the next 5-10 business days to give you of the outcome of your case."
Now i don't where is my beauty Note 10 have gone, unhappy : (

Everything before this point is completely redundant and useless information.
Note that sometimes Aus Post mark as delivered, yet it's still sitting in the courier's truck.
If you've raised a dispute with Aus Post, they should've emailed you and there will be a 1800 number to push the claim faster. I did that with mine, and it was delivered the next day. Likelihood is it was in the guys truck still.
But all the other crap is just useless information. HN mailed it, it's just been lost.
