Bought and paid for iPhone cases from ESR on 29/11/19

Sent email yesterday to follow up as to why it hasn’t been shipped yet. No reply.

I despise companies that don’t ship within 48 business hours of receding order.

I own an e-commerce store that processes over 100 online orders daily and we work around the clock to dispatch items in timely manner (most within 12 business hours).

Anyone had issues with these monkeys? Should I Paypal dispute the grubs?

    I bought one their cases on the same date, received it a week later (iPhone 11 case)
    actually, I bought it in October, so took over a month to receive
