i wonder if you can combine this with the AMEX $50 back offer, by getting a Big W gift card. lol
Actually what is the best deal so far for a 250G Xbox360 bundle?
it should be 399 for the 250gb basic package, no idea which retailer is doing it now though but it has appeared before…
its kinda sad that for a 5 year old tech the price hasn't changed much and customers are forced to pay for MS' mistakes on a badly designed system, here's how I would break it down
xbox console - 200
250gb - 100
kinect camera - 100
my 2006 console is still grasping on to the ledge of the cliff
im heading to eb games tommorow for my 4th console. i buy them and sell them when i get bored. going preowned at $147 with 60gb hard drive and one controller
are the pre-owned ones Jasper?
I am waiting for the Star War edition.
4GB hard drive ?
what the hell you meant to do with 4GB ???
lol
the kinect camera installation files requires at least 150mb from a HDD source, the 4GB is meant to fulfill that and any other future updates.
fits save files and like 1 demo game, not much else. if you want to put any games on it, you really need the 250gb.
is it possible to upgrade the hard drive easily ?
or not allowed in these units unlike a ps3 ?

MS sells that to let you upgrade your HDD. There are probably other options too.
Otherwise you can stick a USB drive in up to 16gb for a bit of extra space.
4gb is ok because you can add 32gb usb pen on it
still can't beat the target deal with additional 4 free kinect games for 399 :p
