  USB-A to USB Type-C cable suitable for QC and USB-PD fast charging.

  USB-C PD does not support the use of legacy cables (requires USB-C to USB-C), so I think this must be an error.

    Yes, but it won’t do 18W PD charging, and can’t be used with the power adapter that comes with the iPad; those require the cord to be USB C on both sides.
