Do You Guys Think I Can Run Forza Horizon 3?

I wanna buy FH3 but I'm not sure if my specs will reach 60fps on lowest res and graphics:

i7-2600
GT 1030 2GB GDDR5
4GB DDR3 1333Mhz

If not, what other open world racing games are there that I might be able to run?

Minimum specs for the game are a GTX 750Ti which is ~30% better performance than your GT 1030 so it looks like you'll really struggle.

I would recommend saving up for a better graphics card. Burnout Paradise might work though.

  On that comparison website, it might be comparing the 750Ti to the GDDR4 version of the GT 1030.

    Yes, it would be a bottle neck. If it were a K model you may be able to OC it and give it some more life.
    You're better off building a completely new system.
    
    In general people struggle to run the game even with recommended specs. On release it wasn't a great port and I don't know if they have fixed the issues over the years. Here's an article about that.
    
    Other open world racing games on PC that you could run:
    Burnout Paradise
    Basically all the Need for Speeds prior to maybe 2016
    Test Drive Unlimited 2
    Maybe The Crew

It's probably worth noting that Horizon 3 was an absolute mess with optimisation when it first launched. I played it again about 6 months ago on a i7 8700k, 32GB RAM and 980ti machine and still experienced some issues.
