So, I've been tasked to manage a group of about 10 people for a certain event project. I need some kind of online web app that allows me to create a sort of open forum where people can discuss, upload documents and also edit them in real time.
I may also need some kind of mass SMS service ( I remember one being posted but I can't remember the name) so I can contact everyone during the main event via mobile phone.
The closest thing that comes to it is Google Wave but that is already pushing up daisies and Google Buzz is still in the beta phase, and not everyone has access to it.
Any ideas?
What do you mean that Google Wave is already pushing up daisies? Last time I heard it has resurrected and now known as Apache Wave :)
