Laptop Fan Stuck at Max Speed after Waking up from Sleep Mode

Hi all,

As titled suggested, I recently bought a new laptop which I love it so far. However, one of the issues I've noticed is that it would be stuck at very high fan speed every time when waking up from sleep mode, regardless of the number of applications I have it open. It is a very new laptop and has a fairly high specs so I doubt it is hardware related issue. The issue would only go away after restarting the laptop.

Hoping anyone can share some insights if you have similar experience or know what could be the issue and that would be very appreciated! Any advice would be very helpful!

Laptop Info:
ASUS Zenbook Duo 14"
Intel i7-10510U CPU
RAM 16GB
Windows 10 installed

Probably software. The problem is which piece of software is causing it.
It might be the power options or power plan. Try changing the performance level in the bottom right or type power in the start search to bring up advanced power settings and try play with those settings.

You can use a program called Speed Fan. When ur fans are at max speed run the software and the program should automatically adjust the fan speed. I use to bring an Alienware laptop to school and it sounded like jet engine this was the only software that I could find that would allow me to manually set the fan speed.

You could also update the BIOS.

Or Use liquid metal to cool the CPU if it's an overheating issue.
